  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times

  • Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before items ship. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 
  • Twisted Southern Roots does not insure packages for loss, theft or damage during the shipping process. Claims must be filed by you directly with USPS or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Exchanges

  • We can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back but you may send us an email @ info@twistedsouthernroots.com.
  • Exchanges must be made within 10 days of original purchase. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like. 

Returns for Store Credit

  • Eligible returned items are for CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. We accept returns for an online credit ONLY postmarked within 10 days from the date you place your order. Store credits are eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 3 days of receipt. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. 
  • Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If you believe you have received an item with a defect, we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered. Please email a picture of the defect and your order number to info@twistedsouthernroots.com. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns.
  • An email confirmation will be sent when your return has been received and the credit has been issued. 
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to address listed below.

  • Sale Items
  • Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
