  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times

  • Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before items ship. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 
  • Twisted Southern Roots does not insure packages for loss, theft or damage during the shipping process. Claims must be filed by you directly with USPS or UPS.

Returns for Store Credit

  • Eligible RETURNS for store credit ONLY must be made within 7 days of delivery as shown on tracking. No refunds.
  • You must contact us at the following email address for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number within 7 days of deliver as shown on tracking:
  • Items must be in their original condition with the original tags/package skus still attached; anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be accepted.
  • Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns. Customer will be notified of approved credit via email.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If you believe you have received an item with a defect, we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered. Please email a picture of the defect and your order number to After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns

  • Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
