Thank you for shopping at Twisted Southern Roots. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.
- Eligible returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.
- We accept returns for an online credit ONLY postmarked within 14 days from the date you place your order.
- Shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item.
- Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached.
- If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered. Please email a picture of the defect and your order number to the address below. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns.
- Store credits will be placed on the customer account that was created at checkout. If the customer checks out as a guest they will need to create a customer account in order to redeem a store credit.
- An email confirmation will be sent when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
Please note that all store credits will expire after 90 days.
